When the founders, Pratibhaa and Sanjay Siriah, moved to Pune, they encountered a significant challenge while searching for a hostel for their niece. Despite Pune being an educational hub attracting students from all over the country, they found a glaring gap in the availability of quality hostels for girls in the Karve Nagar area. The existing options lacked the focus on safety, security, and hygiene that parents desire for their daughters.

Thus, Elite Homes was born. Strategically located near Cummins Engineering College, Elite Homes provides a secure, hygienic, and nurturing environment where girl students can thrive. Dr. Pratibhaa Tirthgirikar Siriah
Dr. Pratibhaa Tirthgirikar Siriah
Pratibhaa, the visionary founder and CEO of Elite Homes, is a renowned expert in holistic wellness and personal development. With a B.A.M.S., a gold medal in M.A. (Yoga), and advanced qualifications in nutrition and dietetics, she has over 25 years of experience as a statewide soft skills trainer. She co-founded "Yog-Shakti PraShala" and has held prestigious roles, including Ex-Director of Elite Institute of Management Studies and grooming expert for the "Super Woman" contest on ETV Marathi.
A dedicated social worker, Dr. Pratibhaa supports students and senior citizens through the "PRAJAY FOUNDATION" and has received accolades such as the Asia and India Book of Records for Maximum Yoga Stances and the "Best Business Plan Award" from ISB Hyderabad. An avid traveler and trekker, she has completed extensive travels across 32 countries and numerous treks, alongside participating in half marathons. Her life's motto is "I Can."

Mr. Sanjay Siriah, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, brings over two decades of experience in the cement industry, having worked primarily for the Birla group of companies. Leveraging his extensive expertise, he is currently spearheading his own venture, aiming to revolutionize the construction industry by manufacturing architectural structures using lightweight and durable composite materials.
An enthusiastic builder, Mr. Sanjay Siriah has successfully completed over four commercial ventures across Jalgaon and Pune, Maharashtra, ranging from office spaces to studio apartments, with Elite Homes being one of his flagship projects. His passion for construction is paralleled by his dedication to sports; he has been a passionate badminton and basketball player since childhood and continues to actively participate in both sports daily.
